Ouch!!! LOL.... Yes. Matthew 12:36 I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak,
37 for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."

Yes. But I don't say them. I write them. And sometimes people don't understand my writing style. Or they are blinded to what I am asking or writing & think I am asking or answering something I am not asking, etc. But I always (most of the time)get the OK in my spirit man (permission from heaven) to send it. Sometimes God has me erase an answer, because of the way I felt after I sent it.

But then, if I get a lot of negative, etc. over an answer or question, I know I got the OK from heaven first. Because I never know for sure if what I send is the right thing to send or not. Unless I get that assurance from heaven.

So? I believe that I am held accountable for what I write. Because when the answerer complains about a typo or error in my question (it is a legitimate complaint) I have to apologize & correct it.

Most of the time I reread it & know that I was correctly wording it, because God still gives me the assurance. But sometimes God lets me make a mistake, if it isn't too much a problem, to teach me something, I guess.

YES! Words are words. Sometimes we see our spoken words as disappearing, but God records them. This is why we are warned about idle words. But I believe some can be worse. If as in music, or written, more than the intended person/people can hear and read them. This is why even though the '60's and '70's drug music has passed, it is still influencing people that weren't even born at that time! And written ones can go on for thousands of years.

Or anywhere else. The bible is clear on that, it says that we will be held accountable for every idle word that we say.

you are also accountable to yourself and your own conscience if i give bad information that someone acts on then i would feel terrible and that is why I'm always very careful and considerate . i sometimes look at the persons details when answering aswell because an answere needs to be age appropriate and advice given to a younger person should be carefully worded.
also if a person has a real problem then they really want expert advice given with good intentions
YES YOU ARE DEFINITELY ACCOUNTABLE HERE YOU HAVE TO LIVE WITH YOURSELF KNOWING THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ADVICE

Yes, we will be held accountable for all the words we speak, and not just the words spoken here. Words are power, and they can either bless someone or curse them. For each word we speak, there is major accountiblity, so ppl need remember this and be careful what words they do and dont use.
God is wanting us to bless other ppl, not curse them.
Great question. I pray it makes us all think and remember this all of the time, can be easy to forget when someone is mean to you, but we mut be careful not to accept the bait of offense from the devil that makes us feel the need to battle evil with evil. God says battle evil with good, with love.
Isnt that just like our Jesus? ANd yes, we are commanded to be like HIm, it is required. WE arent helpless little sinners once born again. God has made us conquerors, more than conquerors over sin, and we are to have the nature and mind of Christ now, that we can overcome all sin as He did, thru perfect obedience to GOd We cant do it on our own, but we can do it the way Jesus did it. But perfect obedience to the Father. Obedience is still the key to all blessing, and disobedience still leads to curse.
That hasnt changed folks. God doenst want His ppl still claiming to be His, yet living like the world and assuming grace has it all covered. Grace will not cover willful, deliberate sin. 1 John 3:9 says those born of God wont sin. Wont, meaning wont do it delbierately. they want only to serve God in every area, and sin is as ugly to them as it is to God . LEts put on the new creation man, with the character of Jesus with excellent integrity. This is the new man that we will be when truly born again.
Grace never is to hide sins. God wants us to have everything brought up to the forfortn, so we can confess it and bring healing. Grace and knowledge are power to overcome sin. Grace will cover unknown sins, and the past sins of one before they came to God, but it will not continue willful deliberate continued sin, whether its sins of the mouth, or sins of the flesh. I count it all as Joy that God has such high expectations for me, and shows me how to do it thru the Spirit.
Again, another great question from Bethy. Thanks girl.
God bless you.

I believe that the words we write here are recorded by our angels. They express the growth that is gained in this physical dimension, which is the whole point of being here on earth.
