Ok. on school nights i sleep around 8-9 hrs. i wake up at 6 am and im ALWAYS tired and sleepy. but sometimes on the weekends, i get less sleep and im not tired. for example. last night i went to bed at 12 am and woke up at 7:30 and im not tired. if i went to bed at 10 on weekend, I'll wake up at 7.30-8ish and thats more sleep. what can be the cause of this???

Its everything to do with your attitude.

You dislike, dread, or feel stressed out about school. Your body tenses up--you sleep, but its not restful. You therefore go to school tired and get even more stressed out, you r performance suffers and the cycle repeats and gets worse and wose.

On weekends, you feel "free" so you're alert and ready to have fun.

I get the same thing at work.

that is probaly way over the head of any of us on yaho you should go to your gp for assitance
