I'm not sure you can. It's the fact it's imported that's the problem. PS2 games are region locked, (unlike the PS3 ones)
So, your PS3 will already play PS2 games, just not european ones.
You could 'chip' a PS2 to allow it to play import games, but i don't think there's anything similar for the PS3 as yet.
So, to play PS2 games you have the option of either importing them from HK or buying a PS2 here, i'm afraid.
