What are the good/bad things about this weapon. I know its very accurate due to is longer barrel than M4's and M16's... (looks shorter but this gun is bullpup)

I have used the Steyr AUG in the Irish Forces, (the Australians also use it), being originally trained on the 7.62mm F.N S.L.R, I prefer a weapon with more weight and take down power which was guaranteed for sure with a 7.62mm round.

Having said that the Steyr does work, the carrying handle has emergency battlefield Iron sights on top of the carrying handle which houses a scope, (the typical scope has cross-hairs) this scope is designed so the weapon is "zeroed" at 300m, when you look through the scope the center of the cross-hairs is a circle, by putting your target in the circle rounds will hit on the chest for a "kill". if at 100 or 200 you adjust your point of aim accordingly.

One problem is the sights on the weapon are set high so even when it appears you have a clear shot at the target, you need to check there is no immediate obstruction forward of the barrel (such as a log, sandbags, rocks etc).

If you tend to fire the weapon with the forward pistol grip in the up position you risk getting burned from the gas bleed off*

Very simple and effective Safety catch system.

It is a fantastic weapon to fire and very easy to clean. It breaks down to only a few parts and they all just clip back together again. There have been some issues with the firing pin breaking. It uses standard 5.56mm rounds. The magazines are a slightly transparent plastic so you can see how much ammo is left. The plastic outer casing is lightweight and the handle on top is really used as a scope. The front grip can be either up like a traditional rifle, or down to be like another pistol grip.
