Soldiers give you the freedom to look like a complete moron, and you are doing a damn fine job of that.
As far as Nazism, me thinks you doth protest too much, if point them out me, I'll gladly point them in your direction, because I do believe they may have a few issues with your comparison as well.
Lastly, I (we) don't want your support, need your support or particularly care if you support us. Until you put the Xbox controller down, get your hand out of the cheesy poofs bag, and go vote (or even get a job for starters) you can complain all you want, but you look more and more ignorant each time.

wow can I have some of what you are on please. The US military is a fine institution. They are doing a difficult and dagerous job in less than ideal circumstances. Whilst I do not necesserally agree with the way it has come about, that is a question of political leadership and not the fault of the military.
If you don't like it then remember this next time you vote!

I'm sorry...I'm not understanding the question very well. As a 9 yr vet. I can tell you that a soldier tries not to question his/her leardership concerning the orders that they receive. It is like a child and his/her parent. When the parent says to do something it is not the child's responsibility to question but to perform the task and obey the command. The same applies to those in the military. If you pause, especially in Iraq, your dead or a member of your team is. Yes, we should not be mindless drones but there needs to be a level of discipline and understanding concerning the chain-of-command. You say, American Military but if you do some research you will find that most of the world's military work it this manner.

It is important to support the troops who are called upon to fight, whether you support what they are fighting for or not.
Soldiers take orders from their superiors. Period.
If you don't support what they are being ordered to do, complain to your representatives in Washington, not to the soldiers themselves, and certainly not to the general public in an anonymous forum.
You don't have to support the war to support the troops.
God bless the United States Military. And may they come home safely.
