If it says "In Transit To," that means your package is either on a truck, on a plane, or in warehouse waiting for it's next objective.

If it says "Out for Delivery," then your package has reached its final destination and is expected to make a delivery within that same day.

Trust me. I use UPS a lot.

You would have to call your UPS warehouse for your location.
I know by experience mine says if you catch it in time and the package hasn't already been put on on a truck for your route they can hold it there for you to pick up. But that may be for weekdays only.
Best thing to do is call them.

I work for UPS and In Transit To means that your package is currently on a truck, airplaine, or vehicle of some sort traveling to its next destination.
