Depends on the recipe!
Eagle Brand makes both condensed milk and evaporated milk. Do not confuse sweetened condensed milk with evaporated milk. They are *not* the same!
Usually what a fudge or candy recipe is calling for is Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk.
If it is a pie or custard recipe, it probably means Eagle Brand evaporated milk.
If you go to the baking section in the store, you will find it there, since it is used mainly for baking

It is a specific brand of sweetened condensed milk. It is commonly used in baking. It is usually found the "baking stuff" aisle at the grocery store. At my store it is with the powdered milk and evaporated milk.
By the way, DO NOT confuse sweetened condensed milk with evaporated milk. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!
