if its slowly getting bigger and still hurts you should look at what spiders in your area have enough poison to hurt you. After a few days a brown recluse bite gets really bad and really nasty looking but without knowing your location all i can tell you is to have a doctor check it out or research spiders in your area

It's probably not a spider bite, it's probably MRSA. Go to a doctor or an emergency room and get a culture done NOW.
DO NOT USE ANY PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN TRICLOSAN, a common anti-bacterial ingredient. This has been shown in hundreds of studies to increase MRSA resistance. Basically, it kills only the weakest of the bacteria and leaves the strongest, most resistant in the wound.

Just make sure you clean the actual bite, and it should take away some of the sting. You could also rub some first aid ointment on it, or put an ice pack on it. If it starts to seriously hurt, or if you start to get stomach aches and the bump gets really big, go see a doctor, cuz you could be allergic or seriously infected.

What I found out from the people that run the 911 system on the phone told me Baking soda and water and make a paste out of it and leave it on for about 1/2 hour and wash it off. I have done it before and it works very well.

My dad used to put lemon on mine. I'm not sure what it would do. But it would always make it go down a bit.
