You can spot those Christians pretty easy.
Check their profile... if they accept email, their questions and answers are open for people to reference, and they've been posting here for at least a month, they're secure enough in their beliefs to have a sense of humor.

I think God needs a good laugh sometimes too and have been in situations where I know he is joking around. Example: After my mother died, my sister told a joke at the funeral. A man was on his roof because of a flood. 3 times people came by to save him but he refused saying he was waiting for God to save him. He died and God said why didn't you take the help I sent you. A few weeks later, my car breaks down. I called someone to get me and they said OK. As I wait, a goodlooking guy I went to highschool stops and offers a ride. I refused. Then a wrecker comes by and says someone called, fitting my description. I said it wasn't me. He leaves. I start to wonder if I should take the next strange offer but my friend arrives. This had to be some kind of joke.

I do. God has a sense of humor as well.
I often wished I had a new face, prettier hair, etc.
Several years ago, I had to have a temporary ileostomy. 12 inches of my large intestine was removed. The colo-rectal surgeon had to remove my entire rectum as well. He built a new one.
So.....God gave me life through a new body part. Who'd have chosen a rectum for a new body part?
Yet because I got one, I am alive today.
I think that's pretty funny.
However, I do NOT have a sense of humor when someone mocks God or ridicules anyone who has different beliefs than he/she does. That is not cool. It is not respectful at all.
Why would anyone who considers himself or herself a good, kind, moral person say such things?

Well, I have a good sense of humor, and I figure God made me in His image, so He must have a good sense of humor too. And yes, I am a Christian.

I believe in God and love Jesus but I can still whoop some azz if it came down to it. Actually without God sense of humor wouldn't exist He created u didn't He!!! lol

if you've ever been around Christians you'll know they have a sense of humor. We laugh constantly with each other.
'Did you know the wise men had a car? Oh, yes, they were in one Accord!'
It was God who gave us a sense of humor.

I believe that God has a sense if humor so why shouldn't we. After all, he created kangaroos didn't he?

We joke all the time amongst ourselves about various aspects of religion. But one thing we dont do is trash each other's faiths and try to impune God himself which I dont find amusing.
