I'm not certain on the nutrition value, but you can make homemade popcorn in the microwave really easily...
1/4 cup good quality popcorn
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt or popcorn salt
Sprinkle jalapeno seasoning mix
Paper lunch bag
Stapler
Toss the popcorn with the olive oil, salt, and jalapeno seasoning mix in the paper bag. Fold the top of the bag over and staple the bag twice to close. Place the bag in the microwave and microwave on high for 2 minutes to 3 minutes, or until there are about 5 seconds between pops.
NOTE: Popcorn salt is a super-fine salt that is designed especially for sticking to food such as popcorn. It has the taste of regular table salt, but its granules are much finer.
If you don't use any flavoring, it should be fairly healthy, and it's dirt cheap!
If you're worried about using staples in the microwave, as I'm not really comfortable with it, you can just fold the bag over 2-3 times and keep an eye on it to make sure that it doesn't come open. I also bought the cheapest popping corn at the store and it works great

Whole wheat fig newtons. Nabisco makes them in 100 calorie packs. This also helps to fulfill your natural sugars, dietary fiber and fruit requirements for the day.
Whole wheat, no butter or lightly buttered popcorn.

I like to rinse & drain canned chick peas. Add some salsa, chopped red onion & celery. Eat w/ pita pockets, pita chips or baked tortilla chips.
Popcorn is good too.
