Age and liking have no correlation. So, if she likes some one, let her. Go in search of some one who likes you.

You can't just make someone like you. For me, I have only gotten more annoyed with guys who tried to get me to stop liking the guy I liked for them. I mean, we like who we like. Just chill and don't try to get her to do anything. If she likes you, she'll do it on her own without you having to change or do anything different.
Besides, if you had to be a certain way to get her to like you, that wouldn't even be the real you.

Just by being yourself and showing her you are interested in her. And of course I am sure see wants maturity in a guy if she is interested in a older guy , so try being more mature.

You can't persuade people to stop liking who they are interested in. If she hasn't shown any signs of being into you, then you should move on.
