I think you need moisturizers, not exfoliants! I would strongly recommend NOT using exfoliants in any case, because they speed up the production of new skin, and could cause premature aging of the skin. The more often cells reproduce, the more often genetic errors creep into the reproduction process (loss of the telomeres at the ends of the chromosomes), and this is a major cause of aging of body tissues.

Moisturizers at age 20 are safe, exfoliants are not.

I AM only answering this because you and I look alike -- ha ha ha ha -- see the avatar???

Anyway, I just use Vaseline Intensive Care -- I'm sure there is "better" but it's all I can afford :(
