there is a difference between safe steroid use and abuse. when done properly certain steroids can be administered virtually side effect free. side effects from anabolic or androgenic steroids differ and are mainly dose dependent. there is an old saying that we use in the iron game and that's "test is best'...meaning sticking to a basic low dose testosterone cycle and having anti-estrogens on hand like nolvadex and clomid. have him get some blood work done before and after. for a proper basic steroid cycle he would need:

test enanthate or sust 250, HCG, nolvadex, clomid and T3

It depends on how well he educates himself on the cycle he will be taking. If he just uses whatever he can get his hands on and uses the wrong dosing, he's going to hurt himself.
If he studies the 'art' of cycle selection and dosing, he can figure out what steroids go with what and at what dose. This is the right way to do steroids.
I would not let the media hysteria get to you, steroids are NOT as detrimental as they make it appear on TV. There is no such thing as steroid addiction or 'roid rage. They are mere scare tactics used to keep people away from them. There is no concrete proof of this, research it. So you can relax.
Some one posted that he should use Sust or Test Enth. I don't know how much you discuss the steroids with your boyfriend, but I think it's fairly well known to NOT use a stand alone test cycle. Meaning, it's is ideal to use two or more main ingredients in the cycle and not just one. I would team up the Sustanon 250 with Deca-Durabolin. Using just one Test is more of a TRT or maintenance thing.
Just relax and make sure he knows what he is doing. And DO NOT tell him he has 'roid rage when you guys get into a fight while he is on steroids, there is no such thing!!!

i love the people who come on here and say steroids are bad for your health.. they obviously have never used them and only get their information from the media.. the media is very incorrect on it's views on steroids. why not take my advice because i have actually used them.. but first let me explain something to the people that come on here and simply say sterodis are bad for you.

what kills more people every year? steroids? i think not. in fact the stuff that kills the most people are legal substances.. alcohol, tobacco, over the counter medicines like tylenol. steroids can't even compare. another thing for anti-steroid idiots.. did you know steroids are used to treat AIDS patients as well as other cell wasting diseases? i bet you didn't. did you know that the people who have died from steroid related deaths also incorporated:

1) a long term use and abuse of not only steroids but other prescription medications such as painkillers, sedatives, and so on.

notice i said abuse.. that's right.. abuse. abusing anything can kill.. alcohol abuse.. tylenol overdoses..

if steroids are so bad why is it that america is one of the very few countries that have made them illegal? if they were really that much of a threat why is it i can go to canada, mexico, south america, europe, or asia and simply walk into a pharmacy and buy steroids over the counter legally. the truth is they are not a threat if one does them responsibly.

i do feel like your boyfriend shoudl research them for quite awhile before he dives into them. they are not to be taken lightly.. he should be aware of the side effects such as acne, water retention, testicular shrinkage, are the main ones to watch out for. he should also monitor his cholesterol levels. if you have anymore questions please feel free to ask someone who actually knows what they are talking about when it comes to steroids, and not the idiots that get their info from katie couric.

Anabolic steroids are sadly illegal due to the quite risky side effects and fatalities. The liver can quit functioning, rages and suicidal depressions can occur, crazy mood swings not to mention the acne and shriveled testicles. You just don’t want to go there. Legal steroids without a prescription have the same effect on muscles, but without the side effects.

Not only is it illegal but it is also very nefarious for his health on the short and long run.
Yes you should oppose it.

Not only is it illegal, but also detrimental to his health. Ask him to watch the documentary "The Man Who's Arm Exploded" (I believe that's what it is called). I've seen it on TLC and Discovery channel, I believe. It is unethical, and if he gets caught, he won't be able to play at all. It's simply not worth it.
