Use some personal lubricants. You might see a doctor about this. If you are excited, you generally get pretty wet.

You can get some astroglide from the drugstore. It is slippery stuff for sex.
Ky jelly too.
Most women have a bottle of ky Jelly in the house just in case.
There are some other brand around too. They are near the condoms or the female products.
Don't rush it. Kiss and have fun for along time before having intercourse.
I think you are just getting used to each other.
If the astroglide doesn't work you can see a doctor. You might have an infection or alittle something going on in the vagina.

Did your last relationship/sexual end badly? Could be psychological Are possibly anxious from prior bad breakup or knowing he is a virgin stressing you? Possibly Vaginismus
But given he is a virgin maybe a little more foreplay is needed to get you in the mood tell and guide him. Since he is a virgin he does not have his own method and is more willing to take direction.
And if all that fails as other say KY Jelly . Not Vaseline maintain PH of vagina and reliability of condom-KY

A combination of being nervous and not being "warmed up" enough will cause a girl to be both tight and uncomfortable. If your bodies aren't really into it, it may be very awkward. You two need to spend more time in foreplay. Also if he is uncircumcised... you may need some extra lubrication. Please use condoms as well. You seem young. Remember that sex, like anything else worth doing well, takes some practice.

Even the grocery store is selling multi-packs of lube these days. It's right next to the Hygiene products.
If they have it - go for the sugar-free, water based lubes. These dont stain, wash off easy and taste pretty good and dont dissolve the condoms.
YOU ARE USING CONDOMS - RIGHT? RIGHT?
Also - how aroused are you? If you are both new to this, it sometimes takes a while for a girl to warm up. The guy - is ready in a minute, but you have to teach him to go slow and get you worked up.

If you are "totally dry" you may have hormonal issues. Do you take any sort of birth control? In any case, ask your doctor
to investigate this state.
And go to the drugstore or a sex shop - there are lots of lubricants these days.

Oh sweetie! Don't worry... Go shop together for lube. Make sure you buy one especialy for that !
Also, don't get "right to the buisness"... sounds to me like you may be nervous;) take a bath together, or ask him for a massage. Take time to kiss, to caress each other... until you just can't wait anymore;) Take it slow!! :)
There is nothing wrong with you : it happens.
(ps: as for fingers, nails often hurt me)

If you are excessively "tight", it could be because you are nervous or tense. If you are dry, it could be because you are nervous or tense, or because you didn't spend enough time on foreplay. You could try K-Y lubricant, a water-soluble substance. (Try the kind that doubles as a massage "oil".) Vaseline is not the best lubricant to use, because it is not water-soluble. Good sex takes time, patience, and relaxing.

I think he needs to learn a lot more about foreplay. He's a virgin and it's understandable that he's inexperienced in that area. Take it slow. Don't be in a hurry. Don't concentrate on the act, concentrate on the foreplay.

Pretty normal. Use some KY. It was made for a reason. You were too dry and it can cause a irritation which will make it hurt.
