Here's the junk that makes you fat:

Cake.

The bun and the fries that come with burgers.

The pastry base of pizza.

The bread around sandwiches.

Mashed potatoes.

Rice.

Pasta.

Corn Chips.

Potato Chips

Other than cake, which only tastes good because of the sugar, it's all flavourless gunk.

Do without that stuff and you can eat as much of whatever else you like without getting fat.

Basically, stick to foods which have flavour of their own and you'll be fine.

eating food does not make you fat! there are several different reasons why people are heavy to obese such as lifestyle if all someone does is eat and does not burn the calories they consume then those calories turn in to fat cells.

hereditary plays a huge role in body shape and size.

metabolism when women reach there 30's the metabolism slows down.

disease such as under active thyroid have little or no control over how there body works.
its just best to remain active and make healthy choices.

Possibly, but not eating food makes you dead. It's more complicated then that of course. Your body must feel the need to store extra food as fat, which depends on the person, their genes, and activity level. But anything you can possibly do is going to kill you over time anyway, so it really doesn't matter in the long run.

it can.. but it depends on what you eat the quantity of you eat.
Also the Carbs, or grams of fat that is in the product.

Moreover it also deals on what are daily activities, because if you are active and running around all the food that you just ate, is used up as energy and other nutrients that your body needs.

But if you are lazy and eat like fast food...then yes of coarse you gonna get fat and gain weight. because all you body can do is just store it..which leads to fat

It depends on the type of food you eat. Carbohydrates can be fattening, but lack of exercise is the main problem.

Not all fats are bad. Butter can be better than margerine due to it being a more easily and naturally digestible food. It is mainly transfats which are the bad fats. The body simply does not know what to do with them,

How is it that we become more technically evolved every year for hundreds of years...and this just causes us to get stupider...Why must i deal with this!? Ask REAL questions!!! Yes! A piece of lettuce will make you weight 300 pounds! Dont ever eat! very bad for you!
