Technically NO It is a "Cheese Food " or "Cheese Product" It does not meet the "Cheese " criteria.

It is real cheese with water added then blended to break up the natutal texture from the curds. This is what gives it that smooth creamy consistency.

I believe that there are some "real" components to it but it has to be processed to get it's melty consistency.

i think its made mostly of oil... but im not a cheese expert
