Hey I love The Rock, I use to live 15 miles from this great track.. I did not see it on the schedule, I saw Richmond on 5-3-08.. Do you know something???? This would be a dream. I went to over 20 races in Rockingham..Is there going to be a Busch race or Arca race.....Whats's Up?? I don't see it on the schedule..now I'm not going to sleep a wink... I live in Calif now....hey if there is ever a race back at the Rock, I'll be there.

Good for Andy Hillenberg for getting the track at Rockingham and landing that race! ARCA is a fine series with lots of exciting racing, and they will be useing the current NASCAR car next year, so there will be lots of HP.
I won't be able to make it unless I win the lotto, but, hopefully, SpeedTV will continue to telecast the ARCA races. Looking forward to it.
24fan--As long as the races at NHIS are sold out, Bruton Smith won't be likely to want to move one of the races. He may, however reconfigure the track. I hope he makes it a better 1 mile track, rather than another cookie cutter.

Rockingham is one of my all time favorite tracks. I do not live close enough to attend that ARCA event, however it would be really nice if NASCAR's big wigs would consider a return to the track.

Thats doubtful, but there are few tracks that had the characteristics of that speedway.

I wont be going but man is that great news. Im so happy for andy and all the people who live in rockingham. NASCAR suckered them out of both of there races just like there gonna sucker new hampshire and it makes me sick. Im tired of these boring cookie cutter race tracks.
