If you have not been eating, this sounds like LOW BLOOD SUGAR. It can kill you.
I agree with others....EAT something....Drink some juice as it will get sugar into you system faster and if you do not feel better within a few moments call 911
Most of all...seek professional consoling for the eating disorder.

Well, first of all, note that this is serious but there is no need to panic. Many anorexics deal with such shaking and blackouts/fainting... it is a common thing when people are malnourished. It means that your body is not getting enough nutrients (particularly electrolytes, like potassium and calcium) and water.
Assess your situation. How hard did you fall? Did you hit your head or get any bruises or cuts? How long were you out, do you think? Do you still feel shaky or faint? Are you very cold or clammy? Take your pulse... does it feel weak or strong? Is it unusually fast or slow? If you fell sufficiently hard that you've hurt yourself, then you need to do the appropriate first aid if you can, and if you feel that you can't (too faint or otherwise) then enlist someone else's help. If you were out longer than 30 seconds, seek immediate help because you may have a concussion. The same goes if you are cold or clammy. If you still feel shaky or faint, lay down on the couch or the floor and wait until you feel better, because if you get up you could fall again. If your heartbeat is unusually strong, weak, fast, or slow, these are all signs of serious problems and you should go to the hospital immediately.
If you feel that you are ok to get up, go get yourself a tall glass of water and put salt in it. Then grab yourself a banana (yes, I know you are an anorexic and do not want to eat, but this could prove very very important, even vital). These will rehydrate you and give you some important electrolytes. (If you happen to have Gatorade, drink that too.)
Then, you need to think about what you want and need to do. Again, I realize that you are anorexic and do not want to eat, but it may very well save your life. Perhaps it is not that serious -- I have no way of knowing until you provide the information on the questions I asked above -- but perhaps it is.
I am assuming that you are young and live with your parents, or are of college age and live with a roommate or at least some housemates. In either case, you should very seriously consider telling them that you are anorexic if they do not already know, and telling them what has happened. Then you can discuss your options from there... you can decide together how much medical care is necessary (and it is, because even though you're probably tired of hearing it, anorexia can kill people) and what you're going to do about it. I would highly, highly recommend that you tell someone tonight, as soon as possible, but if you feel that it will be better to wait until morning, then that is a passable option.
I hope that you are feeling better by now, and that you will make good decisions. Best wishes!

Who are you living with? Are you a minor and on your parent's insurance? Do you have a history of low blood sugar? - There are many variables. You should definetely wake someone in the house if they are your guardian and get help. Even if it seems like it's nothing, it's important to document what happened for the future. Be honest with your docs and others about what you're doing. It will take a lot of hard work to get stabilized, but living a life being a slave to self-image is hell and can be deadly. Some of these symptoms may be indications of more serious conditions.
Eating disorders can cause further disorders later in life.
You should take this very seriously and make sure your doctor takes it seriously too. If he or she doesn't, get a new doc! Meanwhile, feed yourself regualar small portions of healthy food. Get a friend and go for a relaxing walk.

First eat something, something with a little sugar to get your blood sugar up, then some more healthy foods. If you can't bring yourself to eat something with sugar, eat an orange or some grapes, both of which have natural sugars in them.
You seem to indicate you are feeling cold, which is another indication besides shaking and falling that your blood sugar is too low. Your body needs fuel, when it doesn't get enough it starts to shut down.
I'd see a Physician, but if you already know you have an eating disorder my guess is that you already have been told what to do by a Physician. I don't mean to be unkind, but people with eating disorders also suffer from anxiety attacks. Anxiety is a seperate disorder and you should not ignore it but take it seriously which could involve counselling.
Regardless, first do what your Physician has recommended and then book an appointment. Tell him or her what happened and ask if you might benefit from counselling.
Good luck and best wishes. I know it is difficult for people with eating disorders to force themselves to do what their Physician recommends, but what happened is a warning sign of what can happen when your body doesn't have enough fuel to burn, just like a car without gas, your body has to decide which systems can't do without energy (heart and circulatory/ respiratory and brain functions) everything else has to take second place to those three systems and that is why you are feeling cold.

You haven't elaborated as to what your eating disorder is. If its lack of food, then youve probably passed out from malnutrition - either that or you just had an anxiety attack (if your heart started beating really fast along with your shaking etc....) Either way the 2 are miles apart in terms of treatment and symptoms. Not sure what else to tell you except that you obviously did not enjoy it, whether its a result of your eating disorder or anxiety attack either way you need to address whichever immediately. Consult with your family doctor who will be able to refer you on the right people who can help you. First off right now, perhaps have something to eat - a healthy sandwich, cup of soup and just settle your thoughts and make the appt with your doctor ASAP.

Your blood sugar dropped drastically. Drink some milk. You'll feel better.
It's happened to me before, too. If you get seizure activity, you may want to consider seeing the doctor. Otherwise, just sit quietly and it'll pass. When you eat a lot, your body releases more insulin, so if you get rid of the food, there's just excess insulin in your blood.
You'll be okay. You may want to think about a shrink, though.

Get OFF the Internet . . . and EAT!
Stop feeling sorry for yourself . . . poor you. You have an "eating disorder" . . . Go to a poor country, and look at these people that DON'T have refridgerators they can go to.
People are dying of starvation in Darfur. Look it up, since you're on the computer.
Look at those people who can't eat . . . for REAL!
Not the pathetic cheap losers that want attention.
People are dying in this world because of warlords, and religious zealots wanting controll . . . food given to these poor nations are STOLEN by bands of gun touting GANGS . . . and food staples are sold on the black market . . . never reaching the poor people that are starving.
And you post your pathetic post.
WAAAAAAA . . . I have an eating disorder . . . POOR ME . . . what should I do?!?!?
Try caring for yourself!
Try loving yourself
And once you've learned how to be UNselfish . . . try to help other people who are poor and sick and STARVING . . . and not pretend either. Not because they are fuc'ked up in their own heads . . . but because THERE IS NO FOOD TO EAT! ANYWHERE!
Imagine NOT having food! And not because you have some pschyo crap going on in our own pretend head. WHO CARES if you're not pretty . . . people are dying in parts of the world who never will make it . . . because they don't have food.
You have food . . . you don't want it . . .
Sounds like a baby to me
GROW UP!
EAT SOMETHING!
And stop thinking you have problems!
YOU DO NOT!

you probably have really low blood sugar, making you hypoglycemic. that would cause the shaking and the blackouts. as i am not a doctor, i cannot be sure. you need to eat, something with a lot of protein and sugar. but first, go wake up your parents or a responsible adult and get professional medical help. this is serious, you should not ignore it. you should probably go to the hospital.
