powerpoint is always helpful, you can cram alot of info onto each slide and speak about the key points on each page. that way your not sut stangin there spewing out info and whoever is watching your slides can learn as littel or as much as they want. plus you can make then fun and colorful to keep peoples attention. It may also be helpful the make a hand out of teh boring ho hum facts and talk about the more exciting or interesting things that way you arent losing peoples interest and they can read up on the other stuff later. depending on what the presentation is for you could even make a game that rewards people for payign attention like make a fact sheet and leave spaces and have the audiance fill in the blanks who ever gets the most gets a candy bar or tim hortens coupons. well good luck!

Try an outline format. List all of the major points as 'bullets' and then list the related minor points under each major point. If time gets tight, just present the major points. As time allows, you can 'go deeper' by discussing the minor points.

Best wishes and good luck.
