What should I do i'm willing to invest as much time as I need to lose weight just please give me some ideas.

P.S. Please don't leave rude comments as I may be fat but I have feelings too ; )

Perhaps a vegetarian diet is the answer as very few vegetarians are overweight.

Get into sports. Track is good for cardio.
Football. Basketball.
Baseball.

Your still a teen , so stay away from real diets. Limit your sugar intake. No soda or stuff like that. Stay away from fast food and eat leafy greens like spinach.

Don't stress. The more you stress the harder it will be.

one of my buddies had 2 brothers one was 6'8 and 260 lbs at 14 the other was 6'7 and 255 at 16..

well im not sure what advice to give perhaps try going to the gym at least once a day everyday, eat healthy, low carbs, i think alot of protein is good not so sure tho....well i wish you the best of luck and would love to hear about your progress...good luck, you will lose the weight it will take hard work and time tho...good luck... :)

Go see a doctor (endocrinology) . You may have excess growth hormone, or acromegaly.
