Maybe half a cup in the morning.... a full one occasionally. I used to drink coffee non-stop, but one day I just stopped wanting so much.

One a day...but it's a 20 oz DECAF, with a pinch of cinnamon mixed in with the grounds to smooth out the flavor. I brew it at home because it's too *&^%!! expensive to buy at *$'s.
