I'm not sure if you're talking about undergraduate school or for medical school. If you are talking about college, then go to whatever college you like, preferably one that has a good pre-med program such as Georgetown, Brown, Vanderbilt, Emory, Stamford, UPenn, Duke, or many state schools such as UVA, UC Berkley, SUNY Stonybrook, etc.

You can also do whatever school you like and then go to a top-notch post-bac program to take all of your pre-med courses. If you do that, Columbia has a program, and from there you can apply to Weill College of Medicine at Cornell which is associated with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and NY Presbyterian, where you'd try to do your residency. The Mayo clinic would also be a place where you'd want to do your residency. You could also, instead of going to medical school, go into a PhD program at the Rockefeller Research Lab.
