Born fat doesn't mean you can't get thin.
Just need to do a little bit of hard work, that's all.
How?
Go by exercise and eating right - the combination that never fails, that always gives results.
By doing these 2 things consistently, you'll lose weight and go down in size, believe me.
To lose weight, cardio is a must because it cranks up your metabolic rate, to burn off excess body fat, from your entire body.
Run, jog, walk, bike, swim, jump rope......choose one you like to do and do it. 3-4 times per week for at least 30 mins per session. Increase it to 4-5 times per week for 1 hr per session, if you really want to see more lbs burned off.
For eating right, you don't have to go on a "diet" - just eat normal but cut down all portion sizes plus avoid as mush as possible sugary stuff, high-fat/fried food, cokes, fast food and dairy products. Drink plenty of water too, to clean out your system and clear toxins from your body.
Here's a sypnosis of eating the right kind of food: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/healthy-weight-loss-diets.html

Yes you can get thin. Of course it will be harder than most people, but anybody can get thin. Unfortunatly if you were overweight as a child you more than likely will have enlarged fat cells. As you workout the fat cells will shrink causing you to lose weight. Its hard work. There are no miracles, but you can do it.

i think of you're directing your anger incorrectly. fats human beings probable get lots extra abuse and contact calling than skinny/anorexic finding ones. actuality! merely because of the fact you take place to be skinny and characteristic had impolite associates/human beings asking you no rely in case you're anorexic would not advise that it rather is the way with anybody. I do easily have self assurance that that's extra stable for fats human beings than skinny human beings. constructive no person likes being bullied or having impolite comments being pronounced to them however the ingredient is, that's totally uncommon and not undemanding for somebody to easily stuff their face with chocolate and mcdonalds and be so skinny. maximum skinny human beings easily do no longer devour as much as fatties..in the event that they do devour one massive meal thats it thats their meal for the entire day on an analogous time as a fats guy or woman will go and devour an hour later. it rather is likewise authentic with fats people who say oh my fatness is genetic or i actually do no longer devour that lots whilst infact they devour way too lots. I mean, they could desire to do.. otherwise how did they finally end up this fats? human beings are mean approximately all forms of issues.. too skinny, too fats, too grotesque, too black, too white, too gay..and so on. easily, human beings do and dare call fats ladies a cow..and so on and all forms of insults..merely because of the fact you're no longer in a fats physique you do no longer be responsive to approximately it.

Uh, this sounds like the "born gay" excuse. And wasn't there a 50's movie with a "born loser" theme?
