Can you list out the source (i.e. diet) of the following vitamins and what disease/disorder would arise due to its deficiency?

OK for the resources (in addition to disorders):
Vitamins A --> Leafy, green and yellow vegetables and fruits, liver, milk fortified with Vit. A.=(Night blindness/ Xerophthalmia/ Keratinomalacia/ Irreversible Blindness)

Vitamins C--> Citrus fruits and many other fruits (like guava, strawberry,tomatoes, kiwi fruits, mango,etc.), and some vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, bell papers,etc.=( Scurvy + Vitamin C deficiency Anemia)

Vitamins D --> milk and cereals fortified with Vit. D, egg yolks, liver, and fish. Sunshine would be the best non-dietary source. =(Rickets/Osteomalacia)

Vitamins K--> Dark leafy green vegetables (such as spinach and lettuce,etc.),broccoli, cabbage, soybean oil, some dairy products like milk and yoghurt. =(Hemorrhagic Disease/Bleeding or Clotting Disorders).

Vit. A - xeropthalmia/blindness
Vit. C - scurvy
Vit. D - rickets/osteomalacia
Vit. K - blood clotting abnormalities
