called a kip up and you can roll back onto your upper back near your neck and throw your legs up and out and the momentum brings you to your feet so long as when you kick out and up you also remember to kick your your legs under you quickly too!!
that is how it is done. No hands needed!

Ask for blood studies to test your thyroid. Some of your symptoms, like aches and pains, fatigue, dizziness, headache, etc., could indicate a sluggish thyroid. It is not possible to speculate what may be wrong here. Did you have any blood work? Any good doctor at least would start with basic studies, to exclude some problems. Good luck... perhaps you should find another physician?

I don't know exactly what it is called.
You bring your legs back and throw them forward, while kind of arching your body. The force/momentum will allow you to stand up.
