Growing up is hard to do. You are at the age when life starts becoming more overwhelming every day. You need to know that no one is reaponsible for how you feel but you. Only you can allow others to affect you good or bad. Remember no one owes you anything but you. Pray for guidance and GOD will send it. I know it probably seems like no one cares about what you are going through but that is not true. Sometimes it seemed like I just wasn't important enough but as I grew up I learned that the problem was all in my head and only I could control how I felt. NO ONE else was responsible. we try to take too much responsibility for other things some times and that causes us to find more trouble than it is worth. Take an hour to yourself every day just to wind down. no disturbances from the outside no matter when just make sure it is all about you and no one interupts even if it is only right before bed. That will help you with all the anxiety you are experiencing. Trust me i am 33 and still forget me and end up feeling the way you say you feel. However, it gets better everyday. When i remember god and me he does too.
PRAY
email me if you would like just a friend or other advice
sometimes it helps to just vent
i am here for you
i am a single parent of three

good luck and god bless

Try to not take life so seriously. Whenever you find yourself getting upset close your eyes lift your arms slowly over your head and take several deep breaths tilt you head side to side and stretch your neck focus on being calm.

You will make better decisions when you are calm and in control this will take practice. Self control is a learning process all of your life but it is never to early to start learning this. There will always be people in your life that give you a hard time or grief one way or another. You will always encounter some kind of problem all throughout your life.
That is not to say you are going to meet some wonderful people who are going to love you very much and you are going to have some wonderful memorable times that you don't want to miss out on.

Try not to focus on the negative to long learn to let it go life it to short to focus on the negative.

Get yourself a beginner yoga DVD and give it a whirl you might like it. Good luck

Well, I guess since you don't want a therapist, I, as a mental health professional with 20+ years experience, now retired, no longer qualify to answer your question. You wouldn't want to hear it anyway. God Bless you.
