Yes, it just won't show in HD on games or blueray movies that are capable of HD. 480p is DVD quality so that's what the quality of the video will be.

The resolution is set in the PS3 setup menu. If it's set on a resolution that is too high you may need to hook it to an HD TV to see the menu and change it to 480p. There may also be a reset button that will default it back to 480p, I'm not sure about that.

Yes ,it will but you wont get as much as a better image resolution comparing to the HDTV?

If you have a minimum of 720p or a 1080p,its fine!

Yes it will work. It won't look as good as if you had a 720p or 1080p tv, but it will work just fine.

i am using a crappy 36'' 480p tv which i have to hit to get the picture going...lol

but soon i will get a hd ...i hope you do to.. :)
