Start exercising. Do 30-60 minutes of cardio 4-6 days a week (walking is not going to work for you, though, as you are already thin and it will take more to get your heart rate up). Jog, Run, do kick-boxing, take spinning classes, play some intense tennis or indoor soccer.
Also lift weights. You won't bulk, so don't worry about that. 25-45 minutes of weights 4 days a week: Monday & Thursday do legs and abs. Tuesday & Friday do arms and back. This can start as lunges, squats, push-ups, crunches, etc. Try twisting lunges with a 6 lb. medicine ball for your abs and legs (even your butt!) at the same time.
The Women's Health Magazine 2007 fitness guide had some AWESOME abs exercises in it (I got mine at Hastings in the magazine section, but it is more like a book). Use the yoga ball and weight resistance. You will likely get a 4-pack, as 6-packs are not really obtainable by a reasonable female. Kick-boxing really is awesome for your abs though!!!
Eat 1300-1500 calories a day.
Cut out sodas (diet and regular), and sweetened coffees and teas.
Eat at least 5 fruits and veggies every day, and eat as many colors as you can.
Eat whole grains.
Cut foods with ingredients that read "enriched," "high fructose," "sugar," or "hydrgenated" in the first five ingredients on food labels.
Eat low fat meats.
Drink 2-3 cups of skim milk/day.
8-12 cups of water/day
You should see about 1-2 lb. per week.

wow, yamking is full of crap. Anyways, im assuming you are a girl, since you want to weigh less. Just so you know, girls will have some fat no matter what. They need it to be healthy and in childbearing shape. To do this, do 30 minutes of cardio a day. Such as swimming jogging or volleyball or something. Then, do some strength training. Lifting weights is fine for a girl, you wont turn into a ginormous monster. Its impossible for a girl to produce enough testosterone to get big. If that isnt to your liking, do pushups/situps and that kind of thing. Lastly and most important, work HARD. And i don't mean breaking a sweat hard, but hard so that you cant move 5 seconds after doing the exercise. Then you do it again. Good luck!

you want HOT ? Wear a heavy coat in the middle of the summer, along with gloves and a hat, while jogging. Not only will that make you sweat, you are almost GUARANTEED to lose weight. As to the six pack, you need to be a certain age before you can buy beer. How old are you ?
