A guy that goes around places "plastic phalic pleasure devices" and "Plastic female reproductive organ devices" on trees, people's door knobs, and on he black of pick-up trucks.

I was watching some show last night about the noose as a hate symbol in reference to lynchings. I thought what if someone replaced the noose with a "Plastic adult pleasure device"

It could be considered Obscenity depending on intent. If the symbols were religious in intent it might not be considered obscene. Other things which could be considered would be mannequins of dour faced Puritans with pokers stuffed up the mannequins. Perhaps a cartoon in the paper. Combine two make intent satirical even better. Should not be considered obscene

Swindling is the case for someone who replaces parts of an item as against what is advertised.
