I've been thinking along the same line the past few days,...so if it's our choice to do the right thing or not....but still God knows what we are going to choose and what is going to happen way before, right? So what we are going to do, in a sense is planned out, or obvious to GOD,.....so this brings me to the same que you are asking ?If you committed an adultery, God knew about it before you did it, right?.....Sorry, if I'm confusing you more & more but I was having some debate within myself lately......I don't know is my honest answer!

You have three qustions. Hey there, Yahoo Managers, are we allowed more than one question at a time?
_______________________________________________
First question. "Does God plan our lives---?"
Each religion will have its own answer. In Christianity, the answer has to be no. If the answer is yes, then there was and is no need for repentance or for Jesus.
If the aswer is yes, there's no point in trying to be either good or evil because you are stuck with whatever, anyway. In this case, I would say, live for pleasure. If God has doomed you to end up in Hell, at least you will have had a good time here. If you are destined for Heaven, you are twice blessed because you've already had Heaven here.
_______________________________________________
Second and third questions.
If God has planned our lives even before we begin, then adultery is okay. Go for it. God put it into your life. Who are you to oppose God? Enjoy the adultery, because if it takes you to Hell, you are going to really, really need the happy memories of the incredible joys of adulterous lust. (OMG! What joys!) I say if it's the will of God, then enjoy many, many adulteries. I mean, in for a penny, in for a pound, huh?

We can't just come up with the answers in our minds; we have to go to the Word because “the human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked..."
*God is not responsible for our sin. In James it says:
"And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, 'God is tempting me.' God is never tempted to do wrong, and He never tempts anyone else. Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away. These desires give birth to sinful actions."
*God knows what we will do. King David says:
"You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed."
It can seem contradicting, but think of it this way: Even though He knows what you will do, good or bad, He doesn't make you do it. You have free will (because what kinda love is forced love?). Making you do something is not in God's nature. God is a gentleman...He won't force Himself on you.

No. God knows what OUR decisions will be. We do the deciding and Good knows ahead of time what our decisions will be. The way I understand it kind of goes like this following scenario. Lets say that you ask an educated adult what 10 +10 is. You know that they are going to say that 10+10 equals 20. You didn't make them say it was 20, you didn't force or prod them into saying the answer is 20, you left the answering of the question all up to them. You KNEW they would say 20 but you didn't force them to say it. God might know how we are going to handle things and what we are going to do, but He doesn't make us do anything. God knows what our decisions will be. Can God change what we do? Nothing is impossible with God.

God knows all of us before we are born. We were born with free will, to make our own choices. Adam had it made, until he went against god's will. That's why we were born to be sinners cause adam sinned by not obeying God. He lived in that paradise with God. So that is why we are dying for our sins. But if we obey God, we will be resurrected into the paradise. Jesus may have died for our sins. But Jesus is also the Ransom. God had to send Jesus down to be reborn of no sin to help us. I know I might not be saying it right, but I am doing my best to explain. Just because Jesus died for our sins doesn't mean we can do every thing wrong and we will be forgiven. We have to remember why Jesus had to go through what he went through for us..God Bless

NO! God has planned out the general course of history, and certain events with certain people, but not every one.
However, there are some indications that he knows our character even from conception. And he may make some plans for some even from that time. But he certainly does not plan out every second or every activity of our lives.

Don't blame God because of your foolishness. Understand thoroughly that every person is a moral responsible person. The Bible gives 9 attributes of God or His essences but yet He created man with his oen free will. God maintains His sovereignty, love, eternal life, justice, omnipresence, omniscient, omnipotent, veracity, and immutability in the universe that anyone who trust Him can be assured of eternal life in the dispensation of the fulness of time. Yes God is giving equal sunlight to both believers and unbelievers but its your free will decision to commit adultery if you wanted to. Do not blame God of your own volition.

God knows us better than we know ourselves. Adultery is never in God's plan for us. He desires holiness and walking with Him all the way to heaven. He knows what we will do better than we ourselves do. Sin always causes death and destruction, and He doesn't want that for any of us. If we sin against His will for our lives, we will suffer and others will, too. He can use it for good and help us learn to walk more wisely. He knows every one of our steps, Psalm 139 says. King David committed adultery, and his first child with Bathsheba died. Later, Solomon was born. God knew David was going to sin, but that didn't make it right or good or best. However, David knew the joys of having his sin forgiven and the joy of restored fellowship with God because God is merciful and loves those who humble themselves.
Sin in our lives is not part of the plan. Yeshua came to free us from our sins and to help us live holy lives. If you are being tempted, ask some other believers you know to help you see and do His will.
There is nothing better for you than to choose holiness and wisdom as you walk through life.

as salaamu 'alaikym, my friend.
Insha'Allah, Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, does not plan out our ife for us although He knows even before He creates us what we will do in this life.
Insha'Allah, He allows us to choose with our free will what we will do so that on the Day of Judgment we will not be able to deny His just judgment of us as we will each know exactly what we have or have not done.
Insha'Allah, we choose our actions, thoughts, words and feeings just as we choose to submit to the Will of Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, or to refuse to submit.
Insha'Allah, Allah (swt) does have a plan for us and He has revealed the same to all of mankind in the Holy Qur'an and through the teachings and lived example of the Prophet Muhammad (sallah 'alaihi wasallaam).
May Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, guide us all to His truth and may we correctly submit fully to His Will for our salvation and for the benefit of all others.
ma'a salaam.

God does have a plan for our lives and when "we", that is born again Christians whom He has called into his family, slip into sin, God has already taken that into account.
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
When I say that He has "taken it into account", I don't mean that it is ever in God's will for his children to slip into sin, or that He purposely ordained it to happen. I mean that He already knew it would happen and it doesn't upset His overall plan for our lives.
Romans 8:28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. 29 For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. 30 And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.
31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? 33 Who shall bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died--more than that, who was raised--who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? 36 As it is written, "For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered."
37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
