YOU CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR TEETH OR JAW JOINTS ON EITHER SIDE, BUT YOU WILL NOT BREAK YOUR JAW.
IF YOU GRIND AT NIGHT HAVE THE DENTIST MAKE YOU THIS SPECIFIC APPLIANCE. IT WILL STOP YOUR GRINDING BECAUSE TYPICAL NIGHGUARDS CAN'T. THIS HAS TO BE MADE BY A DENTIST.
