muslims do not believe the moon is a god, gemesic 2, we believe the quran, if the ancients believed in the moon, it was because they hadnt recieved the message, much like yourself if you are not a muslim, we were all created muslims and we will all return to allah, then you will understand the message, untill then you are free to believe anything you wish, if it helps you through the day

We believe that all of the Prophets were Muslim.Even before the Religion of Islam existed because to be a Muslim means to surrender or submit to the will of God.To go even further ,all living things are Muslim.Because if God says" Be" It becomes. And if God Says Stop living, it dies.Good point about Jesus he did preach the oneness of God.

1. Your question is anachronistic. Isa (Jesus) could not have been a Muslim, because Islam appeared 500 years afterwards.
2. Isa (Jesus) was not from the Arab culture, but according to the holy Injil, in his body he was a circumcised Jewish person, a descendant of King Dawid (David) through his mother's line. Therefore, since he practised Judaism from birth, he was not practising Islam.
3. Isa (Jesus) taught and demonstrated in the holy Injil that he is the only God and that he created everything. But since Muslims today do not believe these two things, he was not preaching Islam as you understand it today.
On the other hand, if you really believe that Isa (Jesus) was a Muslim and this is truly believed by every Muslim, then why have Jesus' followers been persecuted by Muslims, and by Muslim rulers since about AD 900 in our era and AH 300 in yours?
Is it not reasonable to ask how Christians and Muslims managed to co-exist peacefully for 300 years under the rule of the Islamic Caliphs in the Middle East and in Spain before everything went so badly wrong between our two different faiths? Perhaps, if we look into our history diligently and read the older manuscripts of our holy books more carefully, we could find a way to live in peace again.

If Jesus preached one God, then surely one should first ask if Christianity preaches one God. Which of course, it does, as regular posters here must be well aware of by now. There is no trinity in the Bible, as even trinitarians have to admit. It is pagan Catholicism and its pagan imitators that preach three gods- maybe four, with Queen Mary, maybe five, with the 'Holy Father' in the Vatican.
Muslims, innocently or not, misunderstand the meaning of the phrase 'Son of God'. So do many others. It does not mean 'biological son of God', but 'manifestation of God'. The Catholic cult doctrine of the trinity, which is actually tritheism, which Catholicism uses to demote Christ, does not help, of course. Muslims cannot proudly crow about their own monotheistic orthodoxy, they can only say that they have one thing right compared to heretics. Like Jehovah's Witnesses have with 'Christmas'. Satan mixes his poisons in various permutations, and gives the illusion of orthodox belief. Just stick to the 66 books of the Bible, nothing more, nothing less, and you won't go wrong.

Jesus, who is the Son of God, was Jewish. If you have ever heard of the "last supper" that Jesus shared with the apostles, then you would know that He observed the Passover....the last that I recall...Muslims don't observe this very Jewish tradition.
In fact, Allah is the "Moon God" of pre-Islamic times-a pagan god (if you will). There is archaeological evidence through out the Middle East to back it up this claim. Do a search on Moon God, Allah and see what comes up (other than a bunch of irate Muslims who will deny this till no end).

He never said in the bible he was god . NEVER...he told I am the son of man and one more is coming after me. As Muslims we believe it to be Muhammad PBUH It must be nice to live in a fanatsy world that someoned died your sins so there is no accountability for your actions...there is and it is hell. Until then watch how many people turn their face to Islam because people are getting tired of pro war. pedophiles. homophobes that in fact are homo, you are aggressive war mongers who cannot let go that you can do
WHATEVER you want cause Jesus died just for you. God can't die because he was never born and even if and not would god die for you losers..I think not.

Wrong!! monotheism is not the sole copyright of islam which is rightly called the bastard child of christianity and judaism. Islam was set up as a counterpoint to these religions to succour the beleaguered, feuding and disparate arab tribes of the 7th cent. Monotheism probably finds its original expression in Egypt with Akhenaten who possibly influenced the jewish concept of yaweh during their period of alleged bondage there. Besides neither islam, christianity or judaism can claim to be truly monotheistic as they persistently people their respective pantheons with djins, angels or fatuous trinities.
Bleedin' hell look at all those towelhead muslim freaks willya?! Now I'm no fan of christianity, but are you jesus joes here gonna take that blasphemy an' insolence an' all from those heathens.. They is tryin' to assert that JC was not god almighty and that he was a vassal of paedo pederast momo! I think the penalty decreed against apostasy like that is the capital one.. so go seek 'em!

Since Muslims will not allow you to call yourself a Muslim unless you believe Mohammad was not only a prophet, but the LAST prophet, then absolutely not.
Islam teaches about a false Jesus, who was not the Messiah. It matters not what the Qur'an says about Jesus. The Qur'an is NOT inspired by the Holy Spirit, therefore any information it contains about Jesus is by definition a FALSE gospel.
Please stop trying to change terminology just to make your religion look better. That's not very intellectually honest.
Peace

Nope... he was Jewish, the son of God and knew that God consisted of God, himself and the Holy Spirit!
The Qu'ran has the fact he was born of a virgin right and could do miracles such as raise the dead but it misses the fact he was the son of God that died and if we accept him as Lord and repent there is salvation.
paraphrased - "For God so loved the world that he sent his son and those that Believe will be saved." Read John 3 14 to 19 sometime.

Jesus did not preach about God at all, but about 'the Creation' - which is not an entity at all, but a process.
Christianity changed a lot of things about 'Jesus' as such,
including his teachings.
