the beach. He has been acting really really weird about this small trip to the beach.... he keeps on saying that im gunna have the time of my life... and i wanted to go at night ( to the beach) but it seems that he has something really special planned.... i have a feeling that he might propose. Is it that... or do i just want to marry him so much already that it's all in my head. ---------- We're really close and love each other very much... and we always talks about our future too... p.s. we are 22 years old.

Don't think that way. Reason being is he could be planning something VERY special and if he doesn't propose, you'll be let down -- no matter what great thing he's planning on. Have a good time though......it could happen but just appreciate whatever it is....

ugh, 22... everyone thinks they are in love. I know I did. Im assuming hes a high school sweet heart based on the amount of years you two were together and the fact that its your 5 year anniversary. So Im assuming the two of you went to the prom together... celebrated graduation together.. and many firsts for the two of you. So all these memories with him is making you think that, "hey we spent so much time together and shared so many experiences with one another that we must be in love!"

You're too young to get engaged, again I know this because I got engaged when I was 21 to my high school sweetheart and she ended up leaving me for one of my friends.

But if he proposes to you tomorrow youre gonna end up saying yes and dismissing my post because YOU think that no one has ever felt a love like the one you had. No one else understands the kind of love you and your bf share, your love is special and has never been felt by anyone ever.

But for your sake I'm hoping that fairy tales do exist and hes your prince charming.

Happy Anniversary!

Congratulations, sounds like he's going to propose! Play along and let him do his thing, no matter how funny he is acting about it. Just pretend like it's any other date you've been on.

Five years is a long time, and at your age it sounds like you're ready. You might want to pick up a little "something special" to wear that evening. Don't tell him, don't show him. Just slip into it in the bathroom, come out and surprise him. He's not the only one that gets to plan surprises!.......

Don't expect too much if it doesn't turn out to be a proposal.

Sometimes guys can be weird and nervous about doing up something big and special, but only you know him so it sounds like he could be up to anything.

if a guy is acting like "omg we're going to the beach and having a ball", there is most certainly something special involved.

Good luck!

You're a very lucky girl. Some people don't make it past a year, yet alone past their couches and to the beach.
