I am 5'5, weigh about 110 pounds. I am very slim, and i do have muscles. I don't look good during the summer time because i am skinny, and i want to grow some meat. How many calories do i have to intake per day?

start at your BW x 15 calories and that would be 1650 cals daily. consume that for 2 weeks if you are not already at that or higher. if there is no weight gain then increase the cals by 10% each week until weight gain occurs.

Depends on how fast you want to gain. Just remember that you will then have to eat alot to maintain the weight. You are looking at probably 3-4,000 calories a day.

Weight gain powders are probably the easiest and healthy way to do it as they have alot of protein also.

Be happy that you are on the thin side and not overweight like most of us.

dont even worry about counting calories. if you want to bulk up start lifting weights and try to eat 5 smaller meals a day. you sound like you might really need jus plain mass. eat a lot of complex carbohydrates and protein

My son has similar problems but is not yet old enough to worry. we give several small meals through out the day.But you may need more like suggested on this site.
