The Cookie in a Twix bar?

Does anyone know if there is a cookie you can buy that is like the cookie in a twix bar? I am not a big sweet fan or chocolate fan, but I love the cookie that is in a twix bar I usually scrape off all of the caramel and chocolate and just eat the cookie. I would like to just get the cookie

The closest thing to the cookie in a Twix bar is short bread especially, Walker's Scottish short bread.
