here at riley we have picerne housing and they require a 30 day written notice which they provide and a copy of your pcs orders, ets orders of if you are renting/buying a place they want proof of that also...they require a "surface" clean...i would recommend that you contact your housing office to get all the info and schedule a pre move out visit so they can show where you're gonna need to focus the most cleaning..(mainly it's the bathrooms and kitchen)

The earliest I was ever able to do it was two weeks and I had to hustle hard to get it done. You have to call base housing and set a date to clear. Before that date, you have to move out, clean the house and yard, and set and complete a final inspection with the base housing office. Call them first thing Monday and get started. Good Luck.

Call ASAP your first step will be to set up a pre inspection. If they do not tell you this request that they do it. They will point out anything you need to fix. Then tell them the day you need to be out. I would give yourself two or three days before you PCS/ETS as this will allow you to have "just in case" time. Call your S1 and they should be able to set up a hotel for you that the gov. will pay for.

You have to set up an appointment once you get your orders. Then they will give you a date that works for them.

30 days is standard. PPV housing rules may require more notice. non PPV is 30 days.

It would seem obvious to me that you would want to call the base housing administration.
