if you're on a diet to lose weight, what should you do to keep yourself from eating more than you're supposed to?

If you eat, lots of fruits and veggies, and snack on some nuts. Eat fiber rich foods, you won't eat as much. Eating these type of foods, keep you full a lot longer.

Always "think healthy first". Try fruit instead of giving into junk food snacks. Most fruits have a very high water content so they can make you feel fuller without gobbling a ton of empty calories. They also have a lot vitamins and minerals everyone can use especially when making big lifestyle changes.
