If I could, I would eat scrambled eggs, an english muffin with gallons of butter and half a ton or so of crispy bacon. Heart-healthy it's not.

Christians eat dead, smoked pigs too...I,m from the South,,so any breakfast will include either, ham, bacon or sausage....well, Sunday morning breakfast, anyway..We don't actually take time for Breakfast most of the time....Here is my favorite:
Grapefruit
A scrambled egg
A couple of slices of Bacon
maybe a biscuit...If I am in the mood to make them..Mama made biscuit, every morning of her life...she just couldn't see morning without coffee, biscuit and some type of meat.
My DH has to have,, two over easy eggs,,,with grits on the side and usually sausage..the smoked link,,type...His Mom was like mine,,always fresh biscuit or cornbread for each meal....but he likes "Grands" from the frozen food case well enough.. And as long as he doesn't care, Hey....Mama didn't raise no fool....

Cereal or oatmeal or poptarts.
If I'm by myself and have extra money and time I like McDonalds 3 Hotcake platter with Sausage and a large Coke :)

its only happened once but 1 sunday i slepted in really late and my mum was in town and she came back with burger king that was the best breakfast ever

Pancakes with strawberry cream cheese and real strawberries, it is to die for.
I fold it like a taco and eat them that way, knives and forks be damned.
