there's no such thing as a negative calorie food. All foods contain *some* calories. Some have very few, like celery, beets, cabbage (green), carrot ect. and many other vegetables but the one thing about the human body is that it is the most efficient engine known to man. The calories in even the lightest food, render many times more energy than is required to digest them...hmm with Christmas just 53 days a way you picked a hard time to start a diet...good luck

the so called "negative calorie" diets are bogus and do not work. if you want to lose weight then you need to make a lifestyle change and eat whole foods that you have to cook yourself
