I'm from the UK and not in good health, currently getting tested for diabetes, and already have athsma. I've been feeling poor in health for a while now, and im going to a local outside event and scared I may collapse and nobody will know what to do, so where can I get these?

Don't know atbout in the UK but here in Australia there are several types of medical ID bracelets/necklaces available over the counter at the pharmacy. Some are basic eg medical alert logo on one side, "diabetes" (or any other illness) on the other.

Some are more complex and have a little opening so you can put in your medical details if you have several illnesses. Or you can get them engraved.

I found this link to a UK website that sells Medical Alert Bracelets - these are pretty much identical to the ones you can get over here

The pharmacy in the store I work at sells these that are specific to the different problems a person may have. Check for more specifics with the pharmacist, I have never seen them with multiple alerts on one bracelet. Doesn't hurt to ask and find out!

Any chemist, drug store, or pharmacy should stock them.
You may also want to get your specifics engraved on it.
Try a jewelry store if you're in too big a hurry to mail it in.
