No Catholic gets off Scott-free. We all have the same judge for the final word on Judgement Day.
As far as the Atheist goes ... why would a nice person get sent to Hell? G has a much bigger capacity for judgement than you might think.

Alot of people base whether you go to heaven or hell by how "nice" or "good" a person is. God judges each person individually based on their relationship with Him. If a person truely loves God, they will honor Him by being a better follower of His. They will mess up as we are all human, Christian or not, but the Holy Spirit convicts us of our sins. Those of us who belong to Christ will feel bad and repent. It's like when you have a good relationship with your parent, when you mess up and they give you the "I'm very disappointed in you" speech, you feel bad, apologize and vow to change your ways. Atheists will go to hell because they don't believe in God and don't have a saving relationship with Him.

K well the Catholic guy would most likely go to hell and the atheist would go to heaven. He wouldn't go to the highest tier of heaven, but he would still be there. I doesn't matter if you atheist, catholic, or whatever 'religion' you are your supposed to be judged on the things you do on earth not if you go to church or no.

A good and a very moral God, would judge people based on their positive contribution to this world. An Atheist may actually have a good connection with God, but does not connect with the rigid defintion of God of traditional religion. You can not do good in this world, if you are out of harmony with it. God give you this harmony. So one can be connected with God and not know it.

Yes and no in order.
We all get judged, and a real Christian, would not be mean, so your question is partially hypothetical.
As for an atheist, read John 3:18

I am neither, I am a Christian and I believe if you do good in this world, no matter what religion you are, you will still go to heaven and the bad will go to hell. If this wasn't so, how would the natives deep in the jungle of the Amazon be judged. As no one has taught them about GOD or religion, so it would be unfair that they be judged differently.

This is interesting. God doesn't say, Oh you were so nice, welcome to heaven. You have to believe in him, accept him. In my opinion both will go to hell. Because the atheist, though good, did not accept God and the Catholic, though accepting God, rejected his teachings and example.

The atheist would probably go to Heaven for honestly following his conscience. The Catholic would probably to to hell for not honestly following his conscience.

"good deeds" do not get u into Heaven, nor does simply being Catholic get u into Heaven. You need to repent of your sins and acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior!

this is why the west and christianity go well together. both have a very short term view of the world and the consequences of their actions
reality is not a once-off thing and everything is not black and white
