great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. only by decreasing the body fat to around 10% will the entire abdominal wall be visible with out flexing. exercise strengthens muscles but your diet ultimately determines how much fat and muscle you have on your body.

that being the case simple doing sit-ups or crunches will strengthen the abdominal region. the foods that you eat will determine if you ever get to see the fruits of your labor

I used to do about 200 sit ups one day a week, (20 each of 10 different kinds) and my abs built up VERY quickly.

Normal crunches will target the top pair of your ab muscles. To target the bottom pair (usually the hardest to tone) Lie on your back, keep the legs straight and rais them from the hips up so they're vertical. Keeping your abs tenced so your back stays on the ground slowely lower your legs as far as you can without letting your back arch off the ground. Once your lower ab muscles are really strong you'll be able to hold your legs like 10cm off the ground for minutes without your back arching off the ground.

hope this helps and makes sence!

haha this is easy.
run about 15 miles a week.
do about 50 sit ups a night.
and hold leg lifts as long as you can..
and then you will get a 6 pack..
maybe even an 8 pack.
but running will do the best for your 6pack and run more if you want the 8 pack.
:)

Jog or situps. What you want to do first is jog alot and lose some weight. If you start with sit-ups your gut will get bigger because your muscle gets biggger with muscle under the fat. Also eat healthy plenty of water.
