No, growing pains tend to stop when you are done growing =p
Females grow until their 18 and sometimes even after that. Although the pain lessens greatly as you get older, it only aches so much since your going through puberty, dont worry everyone feels growing pains. It is perfectly normal.

I have had Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of three. It could be growing pains though because your body is going thru many changes that can trick your body. Since oyu have been havinmg symptoms off and on for so long, you really should see a Rheumatologist. He can figure it out. Trust me with all your heart, it is better to know now if it is JRA then to find out after it causes bone damage that is irreversible. Medications are a milllion times better now than when I was little, 38 now, that you will do much better than I did. I'll pray for you and alll the little ones here. good luck to all of you, FIND OUT NOW

My son had a lot of growing pains and he is now 6'5" tall. However, there is a conditiopn known as Juvenile Arthritis and you should go to the Dr. and have it ruled out. Early treatment is always best. Good luck.

It could be rheumatoid arthritis, a condition typically caused by some sort of immune system aggrevation. I think you should get an appointment with an immunologist...there are also some chemical deficiencies or metabolic abnormalities that simply result in lacking a key ingredient to joint construction.

There is a form of juvenile arthritis and if this could be the case you need to see a doctor for both anti-inflammatory and pain relief. They may also refer you to a physiotherapist for either or both exercises to help you cope, and recommend support bandages to aid in restricting pain.

Could be the start of Juvenile Rheumatoid arthritis, or Lupus. Get some blood work done if it gets really bad.

Still could be growing pains, but not usually with knee pain.

Actually, there is nothing wrong at all it is just apart of growing up, many children go through the same thing such as that, even I have arthritis in my wrist because I use them a lot, also it could be genetics? But, their shouldn't be anything to be worried about until you are much older like in your 70's and 80's.

This happened to me a while ago, and it comes back now and then. it is possible you have arthritis. There is a type of arthritis that kids can get, it's not a big deal unless it's very sharp pain, if so, ask your doctor what you should do and what it is.

Definitely go and have it checked out- it is possible to have arthritis at a young age, but other things could be causing it too. Better go and get it checked and find out it's nothing than ignoring it and getting worse.
