did he release all the hundreds of thousands of animals on this "island", (which is what a mountain sticking out of the water is), or did he keep them locked up in the boat until the water "receded" back to it's normal level? I can just imagine all these animals trapped on a mountain top, completely surrounded by water, trampling all over each other, with nothing to eat, or trying to get back into the boat to find a few remaining morsels of food. It is not a pretty thing to imagine.

Do you question Aesop's fable as well? It's a myth.

He let them out AFTER the water has receded.
Good question though.
And the flood DID happen people, look up any ancient civilizations historic documents, all of them have flood stories of an ancient flood in which only one family survived. One man, his three sons and all their wives. In all the stories the flood was the cause of terrible evil in the world, and all of the world was washed with water. In all the accounts he brought animals with him.
If we have so many accounts of the same thing, (the men had different names but the other details were largely the same) then doesn't that make you think it just might be true?
Also we have proof of a world wide flood.
A world wide flood would account for the fossil record more sturdily than the current interpretation does. It would account better for the fossils being where they are and how they are, fossilized mid action, with food in their bellies and upright in walking position, as though they were buried alive by some massive world wide flood!
There is also this thing called the "austin chalk" it's so called because it was first discovered in Austin Texas, and in is called chalk because it is incredibly white, not chalky in texture. It is proof of a flood and is found all over the world at the same level.
Also a flood would account for the deposits in the ocean, which seemingly took millions of years to put there, would have been put by a flood in 30 minutes.
Secular historians try to say that the Biblical flood account was based off of these other accounts, but as we can see they all came about from the same place and if we put away our prejudaces and really look at the evidence, we will come to a solid conclusion.

I don't agree completely with their conclusions but those websites are secular and will show all of you you haven't heard of the multiple flood accounts that they in fact do exsist.
Hope this helps,
Feel free to email,
Jessica

So when all of this water disappeared what do you think would happen next??? Maybe every civalization would then lead back to a flood story.
But what evidence of a flood would there be? I mean, it takes 10 feet of vegitation to make one foot of coal. Yet there are coal beds 30 feet thick.

Isn't it interesting how all marsupials (excluding the opossum) nicely migrated back to Australia. Hell it's only an 8,000 mile journey. I am sure there were plenty of eucalyptus leaves for koalas to eat on the way.
Poster below:
"It was not until after the flood that some animals became meat eaters."
That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

Why do you imagine that we are on diverse boats. No, all of us are crusing on an analogous ocean interior an analogous boat yet regrettably our thoughts, movements, needs, acts, needs thoughts, and deeds are diverse. you recognize why?coz we are selfish and stay for self in easy words, we are able to not care of others, we adore ourselves in easy words and by no skill all. Its why the boat is an same yet we are diverse. thanks.

He waited for the land to become dry. They had plenty of food. The animals were in seperate areas, so they didn't trample one another. It is all in the Bible.
