I just noticed a big change in my Christian friend (I am Christian as well) We have an annual night of Praise and Worship with at least 5 different churches and before that we have a North Korean missionary come to the church to speak to us about her experiences. He was originally planning to go then all of a sudden he calls these things "gay", "retarded", "ill go if you bring your football", and "I wanted to go hangout with my friends instead of this lame thing, im not go ing".
I was SHOCKED at his reaction. What happened to him? He wasn't a very strong Christian originally, but he wasn't weak either. I need help getting through to him.... When I asked him why he thought it was stupid he said i was acting like socrates and if i knew that he died because he questioned things too much. What the hell happened to him? It was so sudden.
Thanks in advance

a christian life should be a changed life. christians are forgiven no matter how many times they sin, but at the same time christians should live a progressively more holy life as they grow closer to Christ. we should have serious doubts about a person who claims to be a believer yet lives a life that says otherwise. yes, a true christian who falls back into sin is still saved, but at the same time a person who lives a life controlled by sin isn't truly a christian.

This "Walk" (Christian) can get Weird at Times!

Just Keep Praying for'em, GOD will Show you Later what Happened!!!

Don't get into Fear over it, just Keep Believing "What GOD Said" (in the Bible) about him! Bind the devils Too, if you know how!!!

being a christian isnt attending church services or meetings or outings........your own question and choice of words make things pretty obvious........One needs to give thier heart soul mind and body...to the Lord...not a church service and say i'm a christian.........."And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brothers eye , but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye ?Thou hypocrite , first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then ye can SEE clearly to cast out the mote out if thy brothers eye ."
Answers pretty obvious........

Regardless whether it is to do religion or not , you should always respect your friends choices ,don't let it change your relationship with him . Talk about it with him if he wants to talk.
Do we not all change many times ?
