It's hard to do this at first but start to think of food as just fuel for your body.
It's to keep your mind and body healthy and active.....not to give you pleasure.
If you do try to think this way for one month I think you'll eat healthier foods.

Try getting involved with sports. Find something that you're good at. If you can help it, don't bring junk into the house. I have the same problem, and if you don't buy the food, you can't eat it. Catch yourself, I know it's hard, but if you're not hungry, go find something else to do. Extracurricular activities such as sports or clubs, or joining a gym can distract you and if you work diligently can also bring your tummy back to normal : ) Good Luck

Take up a hobby that is not compatible with eating. Playing a musical instrument; knitting; sewing; working with clay. Something that could be ruined if you get the chip dip on it!
Leg lifts are a good exercise for the abs.

Chewing gum is a good way to distract yourself from eating. Running and doing crunches are good ways to start getting your stomach back to normal.

I have the same problem as you. I lately try to distract myself by being on here, since I can't type and eat at the same time. I also find journalling your emotions and why you want to eat more. I hope this helps.

you need to be believing some lame circulation media that individuals are eating greater every day and you do no longer stay close to greenback shops and nutrients banks to confirm the reality. everybody is roofed up at nutrients banks and intently finding out on over $3.00 properly worth of canned meats in the greenback shops in my important city.

I sounds like you may be eating out of boredom? You need to find other things to do that will occupy your mind. Get active. Have you ever noticed that after you exercise, your urges to eat go down? You could go walking, running, swimming, whatever you like to do to be active.

Eat more protein (meat) and green vegetables and cut out sugar, bread, and anything fried. That should help by reducing cravings (insulin), and plus you will be eating healthy!
