This is the double stroller I have. Each seat independently fully reclines. You have swivel or locked option on the front tire. Option of 3 or 5 point harnesses. Folds flat enough to fit into my Corolla. Great for exercise walking. Not so great for the mall--not terrible, just wide. http://www.amazon.com/InStep-Safari-Swivel-Double-Stroller/dp/B000IORPYW/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/002-5098180-5193649?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1194058519&sr=8-1

For what it's worth my best friend has twins and she started out with the side by side stroller and hated it. Especially if you have to go to the store alot of the aisles aren't wide enough to accomidate the stroller and someone trying to get by with a cart...what ends up happening???Your babies get jostled and bumped and most people don't even care.

I have an 18 month odl and my third is due in a few weeks. Go to ebay and search for stroller connectors. It is MUCH cheaper this way and more convenient. They have to be used with two IDENTICAL strollers, but they leave you the option of each baby beign pushed individually or if one needs to go one place with one parent and the other another it works!
