Friend,

NO ONE BUT YOUR SELF.

read good books and by introspection, thinking unbiasedly why you are sad you will be able to find the reason for it.

There are very good books in market that train the mind to think in positive way and to understand the things in right perspective.Read them. For example How to make friends and influence people by Norman Lewes. You can read Dale Carnegie books. They also help a lot.

If you are inclined and interested you can read religious books and they sure deliver you from the sadness.

Good luck.

God bless you.

Just U my Friend! Please be Logical when U try to analyze the situation that is bringing U down. So the first step is U analize why Ur sad. Next decide if the cause is something that U can do something about. If for example others actions are the cause, U cannot change their actions. So can U get away from them. Then do so. Are their actions something that someone else can help U with, then seek their help. If the cause IS something U can change, then find out how to do it. Per haps seeing a Dr. for a Physical or Mental check up might reveal a treatable problem. Do U know Christ??? Remember if U do, He left us the Holy Spirit / Counselor for our benefit & by confessing our sins to God the Father Directly we can free the Holy Spirit to help Us in these times. I know that many here are also qualified in many areas and are here just for this reason, helping others. John

ME and your dog (if you have one)

Thirty Reasons Why men have two dogs and not two wives:

1. The later you are, the more excited they are to see you.
2. Dogs will forgive you for playing with other dogs.
3. If a dog is gorgeous, other dogs don't hate it.
4. Dogs don't notice if you call them by another dog's name.
5. A dog's disposition stays the same all month long.
6. Dogs like it if you leave a lot of things on the floor.
7. A dog's parents never visit.
8. Dogs do not hate their bodies.
9. Dogs agree that you have to raise your voice to get your point across.
10. Dogs like to do their snooping outside rather than in your wallet or desk.
11. Dogs seldom outlive you.
12. Dogs can't talk.
13. Dogs enjoy petting in public.
14. You never have to wait for a dog; they're ready to go 24-hours a day.
15. Dogs find you amusing when you're drunk.
16. Dogs like to go hunting and fishing.
17. Another man will seldom steal your dog.
18. If you bring another dog home, your dog will happily play with both of you.
19. A dog will not wake you up at night to ask, "If I died would you get another dog?"
20. If you pretend to be blind, your dog can stay in your hotel room for free.
21. If a dog has babies, you can put an ad in the paper and give them away.
22. A dog will let you put a studded collar on it without calling you a pervert.
23. A dog won't hold out on you to get a new car.
24. If a dog smells another dog on you, they don't get mad, they just think it's interesting.
25. On a car trip, your dog never insists on running the heater.
26. Dogs don't let magazine articles guide their lives.
27. When your dog gets old, you can have it put to sleep.
28. Dogs like to ride in the back of a pickup truck.
29. Dogs are not allowed in Bloomingdale's or Neiman-Marcus.

And last........ but not least:

30. If a dog leaves, it won't take half your stuff!

PS what are you sad about? we can take it from there!

Only you yourself can do it. Others are stimulus to the inherent cause. Others can motivate you but you have to take proactive action. When ever you are sad try to find some in a worse situation than youself. Try and help out. This act of yours will trigger you out of your sad situation. Sadness is the poor memory of an unhappy event. So erase the memory and you would be better off.

Birth, sickness ageing and death are the realities one has to face. Please read the parable below.

Reach out! and not just on the computer. We dont have to go through anything alone. Pray first and seek help for whatever your problems are. Often times God works through people, we just have to a lil willingness. Be persistant when you try, you might find help for your problem and help someone esle while your at it. I'll pray for you as well. Peace to you

Jesus can.
He came to set the captives free:

Isaiah 61
The Year of the LORD's Favor
1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me,
because the LORD has anointed me
to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners, [a]

He loves you. Ask him to deliver you from your sadness and remind him of his word. After you tell him you will receive his free gift of salvation of course. GOD BLESS YOU>

Jesus can. Why don't you cry out to Him? God loved us so much that He sent His Son, Jesus, to die a horrible death on the cross. But Jesus didn't stay dead. He rose again and lives to make intercession for His children (Jesus actually prays for those who are His). Isn't that awesome? He took scars on His back, so that we can be saved and have joy.

Take responsibility and pull yourself out of your sadness. No sense in wallowing in it. Distract yourself by doing something good for someone else.

If you are simply sad, you can.
If you are suffering from depression, you may need to see a psychiatrist or a counselor.
