Specifically Senegal, China, Kenya, and Tunisia. I might be moving to on of these places. I'm 14 and a sophmore. Is it possible for me to get a license from one of these countries, even though I'm an American citizen? I'm currently a resident of Virginia but I might become a resident of Washington state.

At 15 you can get a student license and at 18 you can get the driver's license.

go to new york state,tell them you are mexican and presto ,you will have a license. with that you can get a license in all the 3rd world countries by simply showing your n.y. license and paying the appropriate bribe.

lmfao @ allen. I don't know why they saying that CA giving a DL to illegal immigrants..how come they were strict to me.
