ok i want to gain muscle and mass but im a little chuncky on my stomach area so should i get muscle milk or the light version of it? i will work out but i dont want to get fat just mass so also should i drink it with water or milk and how many times should i drink it?

i work out 1hr and 30 min a day 4 days a week

In addition to your weight training regimen you will need to add some cardio to burn the fat off of your mid section (you will burn fat all over) in order to see any results.
